Salmon Un Papillote

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets 1 per person
  • 1 Courgette
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 Lemon
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Fresh Dill
  • 1 Leek
  • 100ml of water
  • Salt and pepper


Method

1. Cut foil and grease proof paper into square, big enough to be able to wrap all the ingredients into a package.

2. Preheat the oven at 180°C.

3. Rinse and dry the fish using paper kitchen towel.

4. Prepare and thinly slice vegetables.

4. Place all the vegetables on the piece of foil then place the fish on top. Add slices of lemon on top of the salmon.

5. Add water and juice of half a lemon.

6. Season whole dish with sea salt and black pepper

7. Add a few sprigs of thyme and dill to finish off

8. Place the paper on top and roll the edges together to seal the packets.

9. Place salmon En Papillote on the baking tray/dish and cook middle self of the pre-heated oven for about 15 – 20 minutes.
