Not Just cooking offers a variety of innovative team building fun days including:

Chocolate Heaven

Teams compete to design a chocolate box and create a variety of handmade chocolates in an ‘Apprentice’ style programme. Learning to temper and make their own chocolates and desserts, the participants will learn team work, effective marketing, quality control and presentation skills.

Game Pie

Learning to pluck and gut game birds, and rabbit and the art of good pastry participants will learn country skills which are lost to many city dwellers this event will result in a steaming and delicious game pie. At an additional cost this day can be extended to include a morning of archery or clay pigeon shooting helping participants to reengage with the skills once so necessary to furnish out tables with meat.

Fishy Business

A morning of relaxing fishing followed by a cooking session on gutting and preparing fresh fish.

Mediterranean Feast

Learn to cook delicious Mediterranean flat breads, make humus, fresh pasta and roll your own tortellini.  A must for pasta lovers everywhere.
